Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 8–12 business days worldwide. Shipping is always free — no minimum order required.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to over 60 countries. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track orders at any time from your account dashboard.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Initiate a return from your account or by contacting support.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use — zippers, wheels, handles, shells. It does not cover airline damage, theft, or normal wear over time.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email us at support@jetlagged.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll sort it out fast — usually within one business day.

Are your carry-ons airline approved?

Yes. All JetLagged carry-ons meet IATA cabin baggage standards and fit within the overhead bin dimensions of major airlines including Air Canada, Air France, Emirates, and most full-service carriers.

Do the cases have TSA-approved locks?

Yes — all hard-shell cases include built-in TSA-approved combination locks. Security can inspect without breaking the lock.

What is the luggage made from?

Our hard shells are German Makrolon polycarbonate — the same material used in aerospace applications. Lightweight, impact-resistant, and scratch-resistant.
